Where to Find Shire House Farm: Our Stockists on the Bellarine Peninsula and Beyond

Where to Find Shire House Farm: Our Stockists on the Bellarine Peninsula and Beyond

From the outset, we were deliberate about where Shire House Farm products would sit. Not precious about it — but considered. The brand we are building is grounded in provenance, quality, and a genuine sense of place, and we wanted our stockist relationships to reflect the same values.

What follows is less a directory and more an introduction — the people and places that have backed us early, and why we think they are worth visiting in their own right.

Our first stockist was a local wine store owner and entrepreneurial friend. She heard about our products before they even went online and said she’d love to stock and support us. That set the tone for every relationship since.

Bellarine Peninsula Stockists

The Bellarine is home, and it made sense to build our local network first.

Barwon Heads Wine Store, Wallington Rural, Ket, Bellarine Farmgate and Piknik represent the kind of independently minded, quality-focused businesses that the Peninsula does particularly well. These are places run by people who care about what they stock and why.

Lon Retreat and Araluen Beach House bring a different dimension — placing our self-care range in hospitality settings where guests encounter the products as part of an experience rather than a transaction. We think that is one of the best possible introductions to what we make.

Maddens Lane Cottages reached out after spotting our products - and now, as well as a good conversation, the owner loves to stock our culinary and self care range for her guests' short stays. She also supports our pamper packs, which guests can order for a little extra luxury during their stay.

Melbourne Stockists

The Butcher Club, Williamstown has been a strong addition to our Melbourne network - exactly the kind of quality and provenance focused retailer we look for.

Yarraville Square Food Market brings our culinary range to Melbourne customers who take food provenance seriously and are looking for something genuinely different.

Our reach has extended further than we initially anticipated. Ripe Organics, Teal Creations, and Wilde Interiors have each placed our products in a distinct context — from curated organic food retail to interiors and wellness. Kyn Folk and The Food Purveyor have also been excellent partners in the gifting space. Introducing our products to customers looking for thoughtful, locally made gifts.

We love that Melbourne has a growing community of retailers who champion farm-to-fork, small batch, and organic producers. Given the strength and convenience of supermarkets, it makes a real difference when people choose to support local by shopping at an independent butcher or cooperative. It also gives Melburnians an insight into what’s available just outside the city - still within reach, and not imported.

How We Choose Our Stockists

We are not trying to be everywhere. We would rather be in the right places — businesses where our products are understood, presented well, and sold by people who can speak to where they come from.

We like being stocked in butchers, deli’s and specialty food stores, where provenance and quality are already part of the conversation. We also work with hamper businesses and estate agents, for settlement packs and lifestyle gifting - our products suit anyone looking for genuinely Australian made, farm-grown gifts for the home.

If you are a retailer and that sounds like a conversation worth having, we would be glad to hear from you. Get in touch at info@shirehousefarm.com.au.
