When placing an order with Shire House Farm, we want to make sure you’re happy with your product.
The following points need to be taken into account:
Your card will only be charged at the time of dispatch.
Many of our products are live, and online imagery of the product can only be taken as a guide. We do our best to keep the products in their best condition between leaving our premises and reaching your chosen address.
We do our best to keep seasonal stock in supply, however, depending on current demand there may be times a product is temporarily sold out. In the event of an order being placed and stock running out, we would get in touch and offer to put you on a waiting list and inform you of an estimated time when the item/s become ready.
If you ordered multiple products and an item is not available at the time, you can choose to wait for your whole order to be delivered together, or opt for 2 separate deliveries. The latter would also result in 2 separate delivery charges. The order can be cancelled if you do not wish to wait.
We aim to dispatch orders within 5 business days. Using standard delivery (Australia Post) you can expect to receive your order within 10 days.
